Delivery
All items showing an Add to Cart button are in stock and ready to ship, they will ship using the details below. Any items that show a Pre-order today button are out of stock and can be pre-ordered, we will ship using the details below.
Goods in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of order being placed. Goods out of stock are specially made to order and can take 6-10 weeks to be made and dispatched. This is an estimate only, and often the goods will be available sooner. If you require an item urgently for a special date, please contact Ruth directly at hello@ruthholly.co.uk
Shipping within the UK, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
We use Royal Mail unless the order requires a courier. Our shipping costs are not hidden in the price of our goods, costs are transparent, and for that reason we do not offer free shipping expect on single greeting card purchases or for promotional reasons.
Shipping is dependent on weight and size which is calculated automatically at the checkout; ranging from Β£1.95 to a maximum of Β£5.95

CARE INFORMATION
We take great care to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with. However, as some screens vary in calibration, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website reflect the colours of the actual products exactly as seen on screen.
Interior fabrics can be affected by light, we recommend that they are positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to protect them from fading and premature wear and aging. Hand spot wash fabrics gently, with mild soap only.

As an independent business we do not offer returns on any items.
