Since gaining a Batchelor of Arts in 2006, Ruth Holly has spent more than a decade honing her skills as a creative, working in-house as a print designer and a creative manager, and freelancing from her home studio. In 2015 her independent British home and lifestyle brand was born.

Ruth’s work focuses on nature’s infinite variety; the textures, colours, patterns and shapes created by weathered surfaces and patinas. Ruth uses her beloved Yorkshire as inspiration, along with her travels to far flung places. Combining natural elements with contemporary trends, Ruth has developed a unique and fearlessly distinctive style.

Over the years, nature’s beauty has been a constant comfort for Ruth, through life’s uncertainties and unpredictability. Looking closer encouraged Ruth to be mindful and appreciate the often overlooked simple things in todays overstimulated society.
